BASIL TUNA SALAD

This simple, versatile and quick tuna salad can be made in about 30 minutes. Great for kids or elegant adult brunch/lunch parties. Can substitute grilled tuna for extra special occasions.

Ingredients

-1 large can of tuna in water
-2-3 tbsp of real mayonnaise
-approximately 1 1/2 tbsp chopped basil
-1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
-1 stalk finely diced celery
-salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Break up tuna into small flakes with hands. sallt and pepper tuna. Finely dice celery, red onion, and basil. Mix tuna with mayonnaise and remainder of ingredients.
