1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeño chili

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
