1 head broccoli (about 1 pound), trimmed and separated into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 450°F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss broccoli with oil, and spread in a single layer. Roast until tender and lightly browned, tossing halfway through, 15 to 20 minutes.

    Step 2

    Transfer to a medium bowl and toss with soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame seeds. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
