Crushed ice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 ounces Rhine wine
Lemon peel
Sprig of mint

Preparation

  1. Half-fill a tumbler with crushed ice; add sugar and lemon juice and stir. Pour in the Rhine wine. Decorate with lemon and mint garnish.
