Ingredients

3 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
Finely crushed ice
2 to 3 ounces rum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 ounces club soda
Slice orange
Slice lemon
Pineapple spear
Maraschino cherry

Preparation

  1. Mix lime juice and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Fill a collins glass with crushed iced to the three-quarters mark and stir until glass is frosted. Add lime juice, rum, bitters and club soda and stir to mix. Decorate with the orange and lemon slices, pineapple stick and cherry.
