Ingredients

1/4 cup bottled Major Grey's chutney
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced canned chipotle chili in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

  1. In a blender blend all ingredients and salt to taste until smooth. Dressing keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week. Serve dressing with soft lettuce, potato salad, or fresh fruit such as honeydew melon, apples, or oranges.
