Homemade Dried Onion Soup Mix

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 cup dehydrated onion

Preparation

  1. Combine the onion powder, salt, and sugar in a small bowl. Add the Kitchen Bouquet and stir until the mixture is uniformly brown. Add the onion and mix thoroughly until the color is again even (this step takes several minutes).
