Green Melon with Lime & Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients

1 honeydew melon, seeded and quartered
Zest and juice of 1 lime
A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 pint lemon sorbet

Preparation

  1. Dress the melon quarters with lime zest and juice and mint. Fill each quarter with a small scoop of lemon sorbet and serve.
