3 eggs, beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients and mix well. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into boiling water. Cook about 10 minutes and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
