1 pound ground pork or ground beef
1 tablespoon Cheater Basic Dry Rub (page 45)
1 tablespoon bottled smoke
1/4 to 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
White bread or buns
Dill pickle chips

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    COMBINE the pork and the dry rub in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until cooked through and lightly browned.

    Step 2

    STIR in the bottled smoke and the barbecue sauce and cook until hot and bubbly.

    Step 3

    SERVE piled on white bread with dill pickles.
