1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons honey
2 cups coarsely shredded red cabbage
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped fine
3 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley leaves

Preparation

  1. In a bowl stir together the yogurt, the sour cream, and the honey, add the cabbage, the apple, the onion, the parsley, and salt and pepper to taste, and stir the salad until it is combined well.
