Ingredients

2 tablespoons Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1½ teaspoon simple syrup
Sparkling water
1 tablespoon Zinfandel or other full-bodied red wine
1 lemon wheel

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add liqueur, vinegar, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Cover and shake vigorously until frost forms on outside of shaker. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water, then add Zinfandel. Garnish with lemon wheel.
