Ingredients

1½ Tbsp. dried mint
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1½ tsp. ground coriander
1½ tsp. ground cumin
1½ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Using pestle or blunt end of wooden spoon, mash all ingredients in mortar or small bowl 2–3 minutes.

    Do ahead: Can be made 1 week ahead. Cover and chill.
