1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and let stand 1 to 3 hours. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
