Engineer’s Dressing

His dressing of choice is creamy picante for geometrically correct iceberg lettuce and supporting vegetable elements. Garnish the salad with fresh cilantro.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup picante sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
Kosher salt to taste

Preparation

  1. COMBINE all the ingredients in a small bowl. Serve over the Detailed Salad.
