Ingredients

3 ounces good vodka
1/2 ounce (1tablespoon) dry vermouth
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Bloody Mary mix (page 245)
3 large pitted olives, such as kalamatas

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine the vodka, vermouth, and Bloody Mary mix with 1 cup of ice in a shaker, and shake well.

    Step 2

    Pour the vodka mixture into a martini glass.

    Step 3

    Spear the olives onto a toothpick and serve as a garnish on the drink.
