Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup drained bottled roasted red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup salted roasted almonds
1 garlic clove, smashed
2 teaspoons Sherry vinegar, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
