Paradise Smoothies

A combination of mango, cantaloupe, and banana creates a taste of paradise with just the swirling of the blender.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 ounces frozen mango pieces
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1/2 medium banana, cut into 1-inch slices
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, stir together the wheat germ and cinnamon. Set aside.

    Step 2

    In a blender, process the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses or wine goblets. Sprinkle with the wheat germ mixture. Serve immediately.
