Another dessert cocktail made with oatmeal stout, the Oatmeal Cookie gets a spicy edge from Goldschläger, a Swiss cinnamon schnapps that has thin flakes of gold leaf floating in it.

    Serves 4

Ingredients

Ice cubes
3 ounces molasses
3 ounces ruby port
1 1/2 ounces Goldschläger
12 ounces oatmeal stout

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice cubes. Add the molasses, port, and Goldschläger. Shake until cold.

    Step 2

    2. Strain into four old-fashioned glasses. Top with the oatmeal stout, and serve.
