Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups apple juice
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
Honey or agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, apple juice, and 1/2 cup water in a large bowl; cover and chill overnight. Mix yogurt into soaked oats. Divide mixture among bowls and, dividing evenly, top with pomegranate seeds and almonds. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
