Ingredients

3 cups fresh orange juice, strained
¼ cup amaretto or other almond liqueur, or to taste
1 (750-ml.) bottle chilled sparkling wine

  1. Stir orange juice and liqueur in a medium pitcher. Fill each of 6 champagne flutes halfway with sparkling wine and slowly top each with juice mixture (careful: cocktail may fizz up).
