2 cups (1 pint) fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or any combination)
Two 8-ounce containers low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg, optional
1/3 cup toasted sliced or slivered almonds

Preparation
